a title for your honda cause it was salvaged before and is fixed now so it needs to be reconstructeed how hard r they to get and what problems have people ran into ???

 

dunno, whenever i ran into this problem, i just put old tags on it and drove it. and hope i did not get pulled over.

I'd help you, but i honestly don't know. What I do know is that don't "hope you don't get pulled over".

 

lol, i don't recommend it either, unless u stay close to home(incase you need to walk), and u also want some cop running skills

 

ok if i under staind it right you have a honda that was totled and want a title for it .


if thats the case you have to rebiuld it to safe driveable condistion and the contac your state patrol for a inspection. if it passes then thay tag the body and send you a title.

also you have no title so if you take it in to get one you have to have it on a trailer or thay will give you a ticket. for operating an illegal vehicle on public roads.

 

yea i have the salvage title and the car is all bout done had to get tons of **** for it but its a 00 civic si with 52000 mi it was wrecked in 02 i got it for 1500 and put 1500 in it new bags and fenders and a couple sensors and stuff runs great now its ready to go the the station that does the reconstruction title my ? is what problems have pple that got these titles on there hondas run into cuz i dont know i dont wanna find out the hard way o and last how do i post pics i want to show but im a newb at this so thanks

 

without jokes, there has only been one major problem i have had, and ran into on at least 7 cars i can think of that i rebult(junk yard), and it is possably the worst thing you can not even imagine............

THE RESALE VALUE

whenever i tried to sell the cars i rebuilt the people buying either gave me a crazy low price, or simply was not interested. and when i finally did sell the car, it was at a compromized price, simply put, i made some profit, but not like i should have, 3 in jersey and 3 in philly pa. i have to try it here in florida, see it works here

oh, and a state trooper has to inspect the cars
and when i was in jersey i took it maryland(good friend lives there) to get the title fixed

 

some states don't give REBIULT titles thay just give you a Normal New one. also a rebiult title mean you can never trade it in at a new car lot and the shady used car lots will only give you very little for them if thay take it.

where i live it's not that hard to sell a rebuilt car as most of the cars get bought by (i know it sounds bad) Mexicans that eather don't know or don't care they just half *** rice it out and call it tuned.


I saw one once that was BAD had a Lambo hindge on only the drives door and a CAI made from duck tape, radiator hose, exhast pipe and stock air box thay mounted in the fender after thay cut the bottom open. with a amp and sub that put in but just taped the wires to the center console and over the seat. thay guy that was selling it told me it was in GOOD shape befor i went to see it then told me he got it from a mexican when i got ther befor i saw it.


side note the junker lot dealer let me test drive it with out asking for my keys or going with me and after driveing 2 hours to see it i drove it to the Bad part of town and left it. gave him his key and told him it died on me and left. not surre if he got it back as a whole or in parts. Maybe i should have told him WHERE it "died" on me..... Owell was fun for the tank of gas it coast me.
