Default anyone use this cast ebay mani?? d series




im thinkin of tryin it.. its looks similar to the meutek one i used to have for a b series .. i ususally get the cheap ss auto ones and re weld it all but this looks like a better choice.. i dunno about wastegate placement though

i have used one and i ported out the wastegate outlet cause it was smaller then the opening in the wastegate. it held boost fine and i never had any problems with it.

that really isn't an ideal placement for the wastegate and will probibly creap in most cases. look into a some other SS manifolds, if they are quality you shouldnt need to worrk about cracking and such and will still last quite a while...

i was more worried about wastegate and hood clearance issues.. do u think it would hit?

No you will be fine. At most the gate will sit flush with the top of the Valve Cover but I doubt it will even reach that point.
