Default Please Help: 07 Civic Lx Sedan Problem

Hi,
I got my new car about 2 months ago.
It has been running smoothly until yesterday I noticed a problem.
When it comes to full stop or reducing speed, especially parking, there is a weird sound, kind like water tank shaking forward and backward, it would last for a while, just like a water tank.
I checked and the sound is most likely from the bottom of the car, sounds like there are lots of water in the bottom part of my car.
I have not contacted dealer yet.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Is this the symptom of the most recent recall?
Thank you guys.

Kind of
But not exactly
Sounds exactly like there are lots of water hanging out somewhere at the bottom.

Alot of people hear the "power steering " or other motors louder than previous honda/acura owners

but that wouldn't really be a "swishy" sound... moreso like leaving a phone on vibrate in a pair of pants across the room

i hear that sound to but i never thought anything of it, besides that it was the gas tank. I only here it after i pull into my garage and stop. How would you check the gas tank? its not like you can stop gas from sloshing.
