I am working on a turbo setup for my EK. I will be running 3" pipe straight back with an angled muffler. Since it will just have one bend I plan on just getting the tubing and weld it up myself. What I want to know is for those that have setup's like this what is the angle of the bend in the back so i can just order a bend as there is nowhere in town to do mandrel bending. im assuming its somewhere around 45 degrees.

It should be a simple process to measure the exact angle yourself with some cardboard and a piece of string.

 

yea pie cuttin was my origional plan thats how we did the exhaust on my boss's mustang. But figured if i was ordering piping i could order the bend also.. but thanks for the string and cardboard idea.. it clicked in my head when i read that.
