Default Throwin out alot of smoke due to shot piston rings..

hey i gotta b18c and im throwing out lots of smoke at low and sometimes high rpms. Now i know i have to change the piston rings but, i want to just rebuild the block. What do i have to do in order to rebuild the full block. Do they sell rebuild kits? Or do i have to buy each part seperatly? Thanks Guys..

If your looking for just the piston rings,

dealer sells them alone at the parts desk

Why do you say rings instead of valve seals?
Have you done a leak down or compression test?
