I've got Axxis Ultimates and they don't squeak at all, although they did a little before I bedded them in. Once I did, they didn't squeak at all and stop quite well. I've got stainless lines too, although it shouldn't matter THAT much. Bleed the brakes, it will help a lot. And then bed them in well by getting them nice and hot, and driving around without stopping for a while to let them cool off.

Also the more high performance the pad the higher operating temperature it will have. They will not stop good if they are cold, but once you get heat into them their performance will increase. Make sure you bead them in tho before you get them hot. If you don't know how you will want to make 3 very hard stops from 30 mph and give brakes a few minutes to cool inbetween each stop. Then 3 from 60 and letting them cool between again. Then you can go for a spirited drive and put some heat into them and see if the performance comes up for you at all.
