From: Athens PA...well kinda....
The other day my girlfriend's CD player went in her civic so i went and took my cd player out of my coupe and while i was unwiring it, two of the wires hit each other can caused a small smark...didnt notice any problems so i just ignored it....i taped the wires off and locked up....well i went to start my car yesterday and noticed that the clock had reset back to 1:00. Wasnt sure why...so i let it run for a while and i turned the car off and then turned it back on...when i shut the car off the clock said 1:08. when i turned the car back on it went back to 1:00. ALso when i turn on my head lights i cant see the clock at all...
Anyone got an idea what i may have blown or anything? maybe a fuse? but i think the fuses are fine but ill have to pull some and check them better...

Yeah, I had this problem in my 92 Si. I blew 2 fuses, one was the backup/memory fuse, and the other was the fuse for the clock. Try those. IIRC, on mine, one was under the dash and one was under the hood.

yeah, the resetting of the time points to the backup fuse, but the dim clock points to the fuse under the dash.
