h22 integra obd1

Default h22 integra obd1

for a jdm h22a to fit into 94 gsr my wiring harness would work, wouldnt it?, i would jus need to lengthen a couple connectors here and there right? and ya i know about the axles and mounts and stuff like that, but what ecu chipped p28 right? any info appreciated

Yeah It should work as long as it has plug for IAB's if u plan to use em, that and the EGR which I wouldn't worry about unless u need it for emissions. U should be able to put the wiring harness on the h22 b4 u put it in the engine bay which will be alot easier. For the ecu, yeah chipped/tuned p28 or just stock p13 will do just fine. Feel free to ask me anymore questions.

ya ill have the IAB, but not the EGR cuz i dont have to worry bout emissions. but you would say its a pretty straight forward swap? thanks for the help

by the way i didnt really catch if you, did you say that i could use my gsr wiring harness, or the prelude one, both are obd1

eather one will work, though the prelude one might work better, unless it came with ur swap and is jdm then don't bother cause the hook ups to the shock tower are all wrong since it's meant for RHD... anyways, the swap is somewhat straight forward, depends on how much experience u have... U still gotta cut the center console up for the shifter... but there's a GREAT write up in the hybrid section it's a sticky "h22 swap into eg's" or something like that but it's basically the same for a teg. If u got anymore questions just ask. O yeah and the throttle cable should work fine mine did, just had to custom mount it to the intake manifold which wasn't a big deal.

thanks for the help i heard the only electrical mods you have to do is IACV and the alternator plugs is that true?
