adjusting cam gears

i noticed that my intake cam is set to 0 or advanced and my exhaust is retarded. I bought the engine like this and i am sure it was never dyno'd. Would this be a good idea to set them both to 0?

this is a c5 head and b16 block.. toda adjustable cam gears on stock type-r internals
