Default Rock chips and Clear flaking Question?

Im thinking about fixing my front bumper this weekend, it has a pretty good amout of rock chips on it. Also the clear has flaked around the emblem. I also want to go ahead and fill the two holes where the emblem goes and for the License plate.

I know I am going to have to sand the bumper down and add filler to holes and some of the rock chips. From there sand the filler down and make sure everything is smooth and ready to go for the primer.

Then spray the primer on the bumper "2coats" followed by wet-sanding the bumper. Then cleaning off the deposits.

Then spray 2-3 base coats, followed by 3-4 clear coates. With drying time between coats.

If there is anything I should or should not do, or anything you guys recommend I would appreciate it. .
