Yes they will, but..

DC 4 door back seats fit 2/4 door EG's

DC 2 door backseats fit 3 door EG's but fit better w/ 4 door DC bottom and 2 door top

True, but are there 4 door integras with red stitch recaros?

Yes. I don't think they are made by Recaro, but definitely the same material. DB8R seats...
