Default the shock travel fork trick

i been searching for that trick on how to get more travel on your shock by hitting off the brake holder... can someone link me to the post to show you how to do this. also does this help alot or alil or some what.

it does exactly what its supposed to do. it helps a lot with a lowered ride.
