Default Skunk2's shitty customer service

I don't know if this subject has been covered or not, but I am really beginning to HATE skunk2 and their crappy customer service and return policies.

I own and operate a shop. I had a customer want a 70mm throttle body, and he really liked the way the skunk 2 unit looked. I advised him against it, but he wanted to get it anyway. I've seen numerous skunk2 units stick and have issues.

Anywho, I refunded my customer the amount for his skunk2 throttle body and got him a different one. I call my local W/D who is an authorized skunk2 retailer and they say I have to call skunk2. Quick phone call to skunk2 reveals that they really suck with their "return policy"

They will not REFUND a crappy product, they will only FIX it. So what that comes down to is. If you buy their product and it obviously fails, they will only FIX it for you within the first 90 days of purchase.

So much for companies who try to help the industry out.

To them.

But they are helping the industry. The casting/forging/machining industry.

The only places helping the SPORT are small, local shops that have an intrest in the cars/people first, money a close second.

BTW I doubt they have SN's, let alone a tracking system for numbers, so I'd just buy a new unit from a place that allows returns, use that unit's receipt to get it fixed, and return the new unit. But then again I have a credit card. It really surprises me how many people don't have one.
