cause like
my constant for the cd player the wire has been burnt out
so is it ok to run a wire through that pin?

did you check the fuse under the hood. its labeled backup.

i put a femaile quick disconnect on the far left RED plug, and then heat shrinked over the connection "for a clean oem look" for my constant power source.
