Kinda need more info, and really, no one should be giving you any advice that isn't trained in the matter at hand. There are a few lawyers in this forum, but I have a feeling you are about to get a bunch of worthless replies.. kinda like this one

Post it in the General Discussion & Debate forum here on HT, people from all walks of life frequent in there, a lawyer is bound to see it in there way quicker then in here...

Or call a local one up...

quit freaking out.
you are the primary interest on the loan.
your ins co. dropped the ball.
you need to toss it back to them now... they will defend you. they obviously didnt pay your loan. they owe it still if your coverage was good.
call your adjuster

Sucks man. Dig up ALL the paperwork you have from the purchase of the Z...especially the GAP paperwork. Your own insurance co may have paid off an amount that they figure the Z was worth, the GAP insurance should have bridged the ....well.....gap. I'm thinking it may not have kicked in...maybe? GL

^ Mine hasn't had any issues, after I brought it back from the dead.

Good luck with this... I'm a bit confused as to what happened exactly, but it sounds bad... Sooo uh... Good luck.
