02 Sensor Bypass?
Why would you want to bypass your "02" sensor? I would probably get it checked out over just ignoring a potential problem. BUT... You could always turn the light off with one of the scanners from an auto parts store but it will probably come back on...
What error code are you getting anyway is it the first or second 02 sensor?
Chip your ECU and run your car in Open loop. That way your ECU doesn't look for a voltage from your 02 sensors. If you chip your ECU and run it in Open Loop you have to get it tuned. If not you will run into worse problems. Might as well just replace your 02 sensor.
There is a device for sale on Egay that says it will bypass your 02. I'm thinking if this egay device is a static voltage, your CEL will come back on after a while. Our ECU's are smart enough to tell that a static voltage means something is wrong. Your ECU is looking for voltage that changes regularly and will probably pick up on the static voltage then pop a code. If you can come up with a device that will produce a varying voltage within the proper ranges you could trick the ECU.

what are these more important parts? fart can and whale ***** intake so you can be speed racer. just buy a 02 sensor and fix your damn problem, your killing performance and MPG right now running without it anyway.

I have the same problem with my O2 sensor. I'm looking to maybe find it a little cheaper than the price I got on it. Auto parts store said $147. Does anyone know where I can get one a little cheaper than that?

lol a different auto parts store? May not be true there but for me it's sometimes cheaper to get parts for a Honda from the dealer and pays off in the long run
oh and thread hijacking=

yea, shop around. some auto parts store will beat competitor prices too by a percentage, i know shucks does it by 5%. so dont be lazy and shop around! be cautious if buying on ebay though.
