Default After 22 hours and 1400km.....

...My personaly ITR number 26 is in my garage. LOL man, 26 ITRs .....hard to believe but true! Picked the car up in Switzerland (again *gg*) driven by an 23rd year old girl. Full service book, very good condition, all stock but Bomex Bodykit (which has to go). 125000km, model 5/1998, air condition. I will recover this ITR since only a new rear and front bumper, a new trailing arm, new oem side skirts and a piece of an rear left quarter panel is needed....all things I have at home from other ITRs.

The story of the journey.

Started on Friday at 0400 PM and arrived on Saturday at 0300 AM. Loaded the car on the trailer and talked about 30 minutes with the girl and got some cafe.

There was this "Furkapass" .....o-h-man!!!!!!! 11% uphill and downhill, it was not allowed to drive with an trailer on this extrem road......but that was not guilty to me and an ITR on the trailer. ......I had to drive 3 hours for 100km. My poor Ford with 75hp from 2.5litre DIESEL n/a engine. 1st and 2nd gear all the time.....muhahahaha. Whatever, no overheating probelms, etc.....he did the job perfect. Very odd is the people of the villages have to use an train 6 month in the year when the Pass is closed during winter. So if they want to drive into north or east, they have to load up the cars on the train and go by railroad thru the mountains.

....I was at home when the clock shows 0300 PM on Saturday.

more infos about the Furkapass.......sorry, just in German

oh yeah, this is the ITR:

Nice pick up, goodluck with it.

Beautiful mountain roads, reminds me of driving in Croatia on roads like that.

So she removed the stock ITR badges and put the monster Integra Type R in the back window? Ok.

Pics look great! No shots of the car on the trailer?

I only had 3 red ITRs of the 26. 2 of them was recovered, the other one was parted out and the rear bumper was crap.

He has owned 26. Most of the wrecked. Some were fixed and sold, some were just used as donor cars. The Type R Hospital

I've got on H emblem on my ITR from one of those donor cars

^ Ohhh man, that's much easier to stomach, haha.

I was about to say, that's pretty insane. I'd love to own multiple Type-Rs (Each built for a different purpose), but 26?! Haha.

I took the ITR to Garmisch Germany about three weeks back, and shot over to Innsbruck one day. Took the wife to the Swarovski crystal plant/ museum. I got a lot of rubbernecking when passing through the city. I thought maybe they haven't seen an ITR before? I liked Innsbruck. It was warmer than I thought it would be. I got a bottle of liquor called Gletscher Eis. What are the crystal looking things in the bottle (sugar, salt)? One shot damn sure got me buzzing hard. How many ITR's do you currently own?
