Default time for my da build up thread

i had an eg that i didnt like and went and traded it for my current da. when i got it 2 weeks ago all it had was a cheap intake, a welded on muffler, some pos lowering springs, 1 piece jdm headlights and a set of hammers on it.

i know its a shitty pic but hey its the only one i have off my phone. i will keep this posted on my progress as i go along and new pics will be up soon.

damn i need a camera. yesterday i installed j's racing c-pillar bar, painted valve cover, cam seal, vc gasket and oil change. just sucks that my oil pan is stripped where the drain plug goes and the crossmember looks like a crushed up soda can. i will fix it with some time

yea im gonna take the centercaps off the hammers and throw them on the webs. mileage i have no idea cause when i got the car the speedo didnt work. more than likely it will go boost. i have most my new suspension parts to go on and cant wait but first i want to get new axles and a new front crossmember. i have a skunk2 damper for ef so i know the car is gonna go super low. right now it needs a wash and wax but things have been crazy for me. we just bought a new house so progress is slow on the car. this weekend i plan on cleaning up the engine bay, removing the windshield washer stuff (it doesnt work) and the airbox resonator. i will post pics. i also want to get a fujita cold air soon.

I would clean up the engine bay and underside of the hood with a hose and a lot of scrubbing. It will make the car seem like it's 100% cleaner.

I like that gen of integra, but I'm not a huge fan of their cluttered engine bays.

engine bay is what im workin on now. it is dirty like all hell broke loose in there. i want to get my new oil pan and header first before i clean up tho. im eliminating a few things here and there but im keepin my power options this time around. everyone who knows me knows that those are the first things to go but with the soon to be wife all of that has to stay. maybe when i boost some of the stuff will come out. what header should i get? im not lookin to spend alot but i want some decent gains.

Honestly, I think a header is a waste on an LS. There could be a few HP gained, but without a retune, I don't see it as worth it considering the only headers that really are designed well cost around $300 and up.

I would put the money toward a vtec head (which can be had for a few hundred more than a header) or a turbo kit since that is the best way to make reliable power with the LS motor.
