Shut that off and add some oil!
Do you know your engine code, I know that some accords were interference, which means if you broke your timing belt than some of your valves probably got hit by the pistons, but taking off the head is a lot of work, so I'd find out if the engine is interference first.

I'm pretty sure that all the F Series engines are interference engines. Just to add to this, the 2.0L SOHC and the 3.2L are the Honda engines that are listed as non interference.

When you say that the engine was cranked millions of times before the broken belt was noticed. I would wager that you bent a valve or two. A few bent valves would be the minimal damage.

Have a compression test done on all 4 cylinders and check for the air leaking into the exhaust or intake manifolds. This is an easy way to check for bent valves.

belt snapped and engine was cranked a million times

Bent Valves for sure!

if you do the job urself

Just replace the whole head and the gasket less work!

you can trade in ur old core for a new remanufactured head for $100-$150

The oil light may be on because of a worn or broken oil pump, a plugged oil pickup screen, a plugged oil filter or excessive bearing wear. Or, the oil pressure may be fine but the oil pressure switch has failed. It is located directly above the oil filter on the back of the motor.

To check and see what the problem is you have to
1. Remove the oil pressure switch and replace it with an oil pressure gauge tool. You can buy one on ebay for $10.
2. Start the engine. Stop the engine immediately if the gauge registers no pressure. This will tell you that it is something internal that is causing the pressure loss. and the engine should not be run until the problem is fixed.
3. If there is pressure, let the engine warm up to operating temperature. The oil pressure at op temp (cooling fan cycles twice) should be 10psi min@ idle , and 50psi min @ 3000rpm. If the pressure is within these specs you should replace your oil pressure switch. If it is below these min specs check your oil pump for worn out rotors or housing. (replace oil pump)
