Default Where can I buy this rear lip for Sedan?

I have been told they don't make this rear lip for the 01 Sedan.

Can anyone point to a site where I can find it?

Someone on here is selling one, im a bit skeptical though, just want to be sure I am buying the right one.

thanks

The link below is the pic of the lip

I'm almost sure the bottom half of the bumpers between a coupe and sedan is the same... it looks like it'd fit.

no problem, unfortunately - to date, i haven't seen a sedan with that rear lip, only the one above called "TYPE R" style.

just imagine what it'd look like, what other lips do you have? it might look a little odd just having a rear but nothing else...

it's not a bad looking lip though, i'm sure you'd like it.

Well the reason im buying that one right now cause it took me so long to find it. ( i am looking for the exhaust cut off the Type r has).

I have no intentions of putting that lip on alone. Im grabing that lip while its still available and buying the rest of the lip kit and lowering springs soon after.

Um, any coupes with that type r lip?

Just want an idea, since i dont see many mod sedans in nyc.

thanks ventura,

I found this on Ebay, type r rear lip but it says its only for the 2 door. Would you know if this will fit the sedan as it looks exactly like the pic above?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

Id rather get this one, because is the combo front type r and rear lip any thoughts anyone?

the coupe and sedan rear bumpers are different.

There's a reason why its listed as a 2 door civics and there are other listings for 4 door civics

http://search.ebay.com/search/...ory0=

Since you found it on Ebay you answered your question. That lip doesn't fit your bumper.

i know the top part is different meaning they aren't interchangeable, but how about the bottom part, the dimensions and everything looks like it'd fit... that's what i mean.

I will not go for the ebay the, thanks for the help. My biggest concern is buying the r type rear lip and it not fit. Since I have been told they don't make that kind for the sedan, although i have been searching for ages and this guy says he has them in stock..

The guy selling it i found through the misc and appearance forum in HT. I would imagine hes legitimate.

What experience do you guys have in buying from HT through paypal? I dont wana be stuck the part if its not gone fit.

Yea im paranoid, but i could use the help!.

im bout to say expletive it and buy the part. 110 with shipping for the rear lip alone.

forget about the rear lip IMO, get some nice front/sides (that's what i have). then get a 04-05 bumper later on...

i've purchased lots of stuff from forums, you need to research and make sure you are dealing with a legit person, if so, go for it. usually if something doesn't fit and it's because of your own fault, you may or not get your money back because its your fault for not researching good enough.

well heres an update and it really sucks,

The guy i was gone buy the lip from says the lip i was looking for is unavailable.

this blowss!!!!

so now i see my only option is either getting the Type B or another rear bumper completely.

Any help on rear bumpers for the sedan with the exhaust cut out?

thanks again
