Default installing au94t motion sensor into a DEI 50.5x etc... noob

i have searched but i still dont understand how this is going to work... the harness supplied with the au94t will NOT plug into the DEI alarm module, how do i go about this?

i also have a DEI shock sensor (i know suspended hatch doesnt reccomend them) but i would like the added security if my au94t motion sensor fails... anyways, can i use this in conjunction?

SH cause for alarm "The AU94T has the same four wire colors with the same four functions as a DEI shock sensor...." - this is not true, my au94t came with a (left to right) green, blue, black, red 4 wire harness and the DEI shock sensor came with a orange (and blue in the same pin), blue, black red. 4 wire harness.... if i need to splice what do these wires mean?

i'm lost and this is way over my head.

edit, i initiall messed up on the wiring i dont know how... anyways they are fixed in bold.

What is the make and model of the DEI alarm?

Wire the tilt sensor into shock sensor wiring like this, page 32... http://www.directeddealers.com...5.pdf

Red and black are power and ground.
Blue goes where the blue/green of DEI dual stage sensor goes
Orange goes to ground out when armed. 94

They must have changed the wire colors.

The sensor comes with a little flap of paper that tells you the wire colors and their functions. Post that up so I can confirm what fcm says. I have installed at least 5 au94t's this year and none of them had a black ground and also an orange ground-when-armed.

I am assuming the orange is for self adjusting for park angle. 94

OIC a proximity, [radar] sensor, the AU94TM, I can find very little info on it, just this...

"Miniature Dual Zone Proximity Sensor The AU-94TM is designed to provide both an internal and external zones of protection for the vehicle. When the exterior zone is penetrated by someone, a pre-warn signal is generated and sent to the security system's pre-warn input. When the interior zone is violated, the system immediately triggers. -Dual zone sensing - protects both inside and outside of the vehicle -Each zone is independently adjustable -LED sensitivity test light -Pre-wired 4-pin plug allows easy connection to all Omega systems"

No wiring guides, but it is a duel stage unit so there are 2 outputs, as the alarm does not have an extra sensor input you will still need to use the shock sensor input, I can only assume the red and black are power and ground and the blue and orange are the 1st and 2nd stage outputs, and am only guessing that the orange is the outside zone, [warn a way] and the blue is the inside zone, [full alarming] they would be connected to the green of the alarms shock sensor, just as indicated in the link I gave you, only it would be both the blue and orange of the AU94TM, again this assumes that the AU94TM works the same way as DEI sensors, warn a way trigger, [outside zone] is less the .8 sec. and full alarming trigger, [inside zone] is more then .8 sec., connect the red to 12V+ constant and the black to the alarms orange, [ground out when armed] lead. 94

okay i have some pictures, the above pic showing the DEI 50.5 alarm brain connected to the DEI shock sensor.... and the crime guard AU94T motion sensor plugged into the harness.

DEI shock sensor shown above, wire colors in accordance from L to R: pin1- orange and a (blue loop that goes into pin 2). pin2- blue then pin3- black and pin4-red.

do i need to tap into these wires with my au94t motion?^

shown above is the au94t with wires in accordance from L to R: pin1- green, pin2- blue, pin3- black, pin4 red.

See? The au94t wire colors are exactly as I said. Red, black, blue, green. Crazy people...

red is constant 12v
black is ground
blue is instant trigger
green is pre-warn

As for that alarm, I'm not familiar with it. It says 50.5X, but it doesn't appear to be the matrix 50.5x, and those colors don't appear to be standard DEI colors. Wrx-killer will have to chime in here.

ahh i messed up with the wire colors in the OP, i fixed them in accordance...

my au94t came with a (left to right) green, blue, black, red 4 wire harness and the DEI shock sensor came with a orange (and blue in the same pin), blue, black red. 4 wire harness....

and yes, the alarm is the 50.5x matrix, it says right on the brain it just might be blurry.

That will make a little diff., instead of the AU94TM blue and "orange" going to the DEIs blue lead, it will be the AU94TMs blue and green lead going to the DEIs blue lead, [to the one that is not connected to anything] the DEIs shock sensor harness is already set up for an extra sensor.

BTW, still have not heard from GN, that pisses me off a little, he should have the courtesy to tell me what the hell I did.

okay and when i tap into the brains blue wire with the au94tm's green and blue wire should i be using diodes?

also my DEI shock sensor has a precut blue wire coming off the alarm brain side should i connect this to the alarms brains blue (-) multiplex wire along with the blue and green wire from the au94tm?

The AU94TMs blue and green are connected to that blue lead on the alarms shock sensor harness. 94

He told me that we sunk to the offender's level by calling him names and changing his posts to make it look like he said things like "I'm a pretty pretty princess" and "I like to touch little boys". Which I simply find hilarious and I'm grateful that there are ******** that give me the opportunity to do that to them.

Poor little acuragsr101 is innocent in all this.

I probably wont be the forum mod for long

OIC, but I can't edit his posts, he should know that.
Did acuragsr101 get docked a ratings point for being an ***-wipe?
He is hardly "innocent" he's the one with the big mouth. 94
