Default trailering a lowered lude on a car dolly. is it possible??

I'm thinking about getting a little car dolly trailer for the lude to pull behind my blazer. Last time I rented one and I couldn't manage to get the car on it due the the angle of the ramps, actually tore the **** outta my front lip. I'm thinking though that I can do it if I make some ramps to get up on there and the new ones that I see around here look a little more user friendly then the ones at U-Haul.

I'm just wondering how well a trailer like that will work. Once the car is on there the ramps have to be folded up and I'm wondering if they will clear the underbody. SO, has anybody used one? Any problems with clearance once the car is on there? Any other thoughts?

just depends on how much your car is lowered. last time i towed mine i had to go back 5 miles to find the muffler that tore off

ouch haha. well theres a little trip being planned on the 28th I believe up at cedar falls and I'd like to trailer the lude there rather than drive it since the last three times I've been to the track somethings broke.

The rear has about 6 inches of clearance, but the front probably has 3. The lips low enough to flash the staging bulbs when I roll up to the line at the track haha. If all else fails I can pull the wheels off and turn up the coilovers.

Yea, when I U-Hauled mine, I tore the front bumper up also.. Cracked my Turn Signals also... Well, it some how managed to knock the Lenses off the Housing that is..

We couldn't get the thing up the ramp even when pulling it back and running it up, it would get stuck right before going over... Didn't notice until I walked up to look at the front that I saw a Ball Mount in the middle and my front bumper was catching it..
It's all broken and cracked at the bottom now..

Other than that, there were no problems towing it... But it had stock exhaust and stock height, as far as I know.. I didn't change the suspension at least..

I say, just be careful, don't shove, and good luck..
