I'm about to order a aftermarket oilcap for my k20R but i have a really nice 1 in storage from my b-series. I was just on ebay under RSX ordering me a oilcap and it said they fit ep3's,rsx and older civics is this true??

i heard the k20 oilcaps were different can anyone clarify 100%.

anyways, why dont you just get the oil cap out of storage and try it? If it works use it if not buy a different one. If you do end up buying one i recommend the buddy club oil cap. thats what i have and it looks nice.

 

Its actually in another town about 45minutes away don't wanna drive up thier to see. I was hoping someone on here would no for sure. The buddyclub is very nice that is 1 i was looking at.

 

I think they may work. (Judging from oil changes on my eg and my ep3 but I never compared them side by side). Look at close ups of ones that are for sale for integra's and rsx's.

 

I used an oil cap off my old '99 Civic Si (b16a2) on my '02 Type-S (k20a2).
