I notice that alot of you guys like the falken azenis and others, but I never see anyone compliment the yokohama a520's. Are these good tires or just overrated?

 

I am not sure about your tires...... http://www.tirerack.com had user ratings of the tires that they have bought however, it is all just there opinion of their new tires compaired to there old bald ones.

I.E. I purchased some tires and they are decent for daily driving (purpose of getting them). However, they sure as hell are not the 8.1 traction rating that the website says they are.

Nevermind, I guess I should ahve just asked, what are the tires for, daily?

 

yeah, for daily but also want something that grips really well. the tires on my car are getting bald and the yokohama's to replace them would be $125 a piece

 

look into the potenza RE950..you'll love em and they're pretty inexpensive

 

I have the a520 for daily use..they are fine IMO. They make a bit of noise after you put some mileage on them but no big deal.

Buy A032R if you want to replace them every time you change your oil. Dont get me wrong VERY GOOD tire just dont last very long.

 

I think I have about 4,000 miles on my yoko a520's now and looking to replace them. Any place cheaper to buy them than for $125 a piece online
