Default Venwood needs some guidance on creating a "Road Race" D16A6

I have rebuilt half a dozen of these engines for a stock class setup. I'm new to factoring variables & don't really posses the mass knowledge of the forum. This engine will be installed in a 1991 crx si F Production Car. The class allows

Mild Port, Polish,
Unrestricted Valve Guide, Seats, Cam Gear, Retainers, Keepers, Springs, Pistons
Valves In 29.0 Exhaust 25.0
Comp Ratio 12.0:1
110 Octane
Max Valve lift .450
Bore/Stroke 75.0 x 90.0
Must maintain stock rods.

I'm looking for cam grinds, manufactures of components & suggested builds that will take me to the edge but won't blow up. I will update to the top of my post consensus information relevant to my build. Learn me.

Components,
-Act Prolite Flywheel 8.4 Flywheel
-Piston ?
-Valves?
-Springs?
-Retainers/Keepers?
-Valves?
-Valve Guides?
-Cam Profile?
-Cam Gear?
-How to get to Comp Ratio?

I'm also interested in seeing what can be done with this motor.

Might want to give KingMotorsports a call. They have a killer A6.

I don't have to use oem parts. Just looking to call out anyone who may have a component mix they think is optimal.
