amp and head unit pig back
also what head unit would you guys reccomend...i really like the kenwood excelon but they all look the same...so im looking for something else but about the equivalent...i know the excelon series are well known for their great sound quality so that is what im primarily looking for...

Yes, you can use the factory wires. If you're running a four channel amp, you'd run 4 sets of speaker wires to the deck, and splice into the factory wires.

However, you cannot run your amp off the power and ground at the back of the hu.
