well i got a b16a crx and for the past year it has been throwing code 8 but CEL is not on, i know code 8 is TDC sensor, which is inside the distributor. Most people say, "change to a good dizzy if that code comes on", and so i did but it still throw code 8, and i read some more, next best thing they is check the wiring.. so before i go and check my wiring, what kind of problems does code 8 brings? and does it has anything with my recent problems?

Such as when i start it in the morning, and i gas it, it BOGS real bad, and at times shuts off. As i leave it on and let it warm up, the car runs perfectly fine.

And another problem is that if i were to drive and pick up something, i come back out, the car would just click and wont start. I solder my main relay and disconnected my alarm just to see if that problem stop. its been couple of weeks now and it hasn't happen YET.

so you think my recent problems is because of this code 8? sorry for the long post, but i have been thinking about this for months and haven't had the real time to rewire everything. Thanks for any input!
