I've been car shopping for a 07 Si Sedan a few weeks now, and every dealer I've been to is out of stock for Si's. What is going on here?

 

come up to harrisburg every dealer here has at least 3

If you are on the left coast I can ship you one... I have delivered as far away as Montana at this point.

 

oldB18EF - Harrisburg's a bit far for my taste, sorry.
NorCal - I haven't gotten to test drive the car yet since there are no dealers around my area that have them in stock. I'm on the east coast also, so it would be a hefty s/h price.

Wow seems like everywhere but maryland has si's in stock. well i live in a pretty wealthy area so maybe honda thinks my city's more into luxury cars and not into performance compact cars and they dont give the dealers as many si's.

 

There is a red one at the Honda dealer in Easton, MD. kind of a long drive for you but give them a call maybe you can agree on a price before you go.

 

i just bought a 07 SI this weekend, had to go to 3 dealers here in sacramento just to find a coupe. they told me that they are in between shipments, there are no more 07's commin and the 08 SI hasnt been released yet

No it's probably because since you live in a "wealthy" area, every high school senior probably got a brand new one from mommy and daddy

DING DING we have a winner... pity you didn't come to Santa Rosa, we have 3 on the lot still, 2 Fiji Blue and a White (I get to pick colors on Si's here).

No dh, i'm afraid that all the high school seniors get brand new bmw's and audi's from their mommys and daddys.

You're probably right. thanks. hopefully the new si's will come out soon. around december 07 you think?

 

The 08's should be hitting the lots in about 3 weeks.

Mid-october i heard is when the 08 cr-v is coming out so i guess the civics are too

yea on honda website it says its gonna be under 30k so its not very specific

 

I'm surprised at the lack of availability for the Si sedan. Earlier in the year, dealers were desperate to get rid of them. I wonder if the Si sedan has become a hot commodity or if dealers just stopped ordering them. Another possibility could be that this is the lull before the '08s start arriving.

I'm pretty sure Brown's Honda in Glen Burnie had like 2 or 3 when I road by. Not that bad of a drive.

 

There is almost always a Sedan Si at huggins in Ft worth. Coupes are still harder to come by from what I have seen.

around here i don't find any

 

all the wonderful si's 2 and 4 dr have left the dealerships here too. i took mine in to get some work done, and all there was were ex and lx/dx.
