JDM engines have like 10 more HP than USDM ones. Not really a big diff. But the B16s in the US are listed as 160HP and the JDM B16A is listed at 170HP

There is no such thing as a B16A1. JDM motors do not have a number after the letter. The only real difference between the B16s is OBD. The B16A SiRII/XSi is another difference compared to the 1st gen and EK4 B16As, and has higher compression pistons and puts out 10 more HP.

I know on 1st gen B16As, it says PGM-FI on the intake manifold. You can also check what year the head was made, but there's no guarantee that it's the same head-block combo.

B16A1 is the EURO motor from the CRX and Civic 1.6i-VT EE8 and EE9. Rated at 150 HP.
