What Fluid id best for an Helical/OBX/Quafe LSD?

What Fluid id best for an Helical/OBX/Quafe LSD?
I was just wondering if any one has tried different fluids in their LSD tranys and found a good one. I was either gonna run stock Honda MTF or GM Sincromesh. Let me know what you all think.

ive heard many good things about this stuff. ive got a few friends who run it in their awd sti's.
im using gm syncromesh with about .3L of lucas in my obx diff gsr trans
