Camber don't wear tires...

Toe does.

Not true...

OP, why don't you just put the suspension on and find out, it's worthless asking that kind of question...

Ok fine... mostly true...

More often than not though, it's the toe, not camber that people complain about causing premature tire wear.

If your tires look like... ....../ /..........\ \..... you're going to get a ton of premature tire wear on the insides of the tires.

I say, lower your car until your ground clearance is down to about 1-2 mm and see how well it works.

Dave's right. Yes, camber can cause uneven wear, but it's not usually as dramatic as the uneven and rapid treadwear that a toe misadjustment can cause.

I know exactly what both excessive negative camber wear and excessive toe-in or toe-out wear look like on a tire, I just don't see how that's true...

I've ran -3.5F/-2.5R for years in the camber department, and all of my dozen or so sets of tires I've been through on the R were wore due to the negative camber wear...

How long were you on the tires before you noticed wear?

FWIW, I had an almost new tire (RR) and a toe issue. The tire lasted 2 weeks.

Cory, you are correct in some ways too... if after 15k miles on a set of tires you notice the insides are bald and outside still have tread that would be from camber.

Exactly...

Haha Dave, try around 5000 miles.

That's just what happens when you run tires with 200-260+ tread wear with negative camber.

I could get a cheaper, longer lasting, harder compound tire, but naaaw...

When I bought my FBP DD, it had a RR tire wear issue.

It wasn't until I started measuring things and comparing sides that I came to the conclusion that the trailing arm itself was bent and causing my tire issue.

I replace the RR trailing arm and had the car aligned once more and all was good.

Ahhh ok, see that's something I can't do, it's just me I guess, if I had to replace just one side, both sides would get brand new...

Bushings and such were replaced on both sides for "freshen" it up. But a piece of metal IMO isn't a wear item so I didn't replace both. Only one was bent.
