a 90-91 civic si cluster But i think you have to de-pin a couple of wires in the harness and switch them around to get the tach to work so maybe search it and see what you come up with or maybe somebody else on here knows for sure.

Yep,on my 3rd EF now and clusters are plug and pray if you stick with this
1988 can use 88 or 89 cluster
1989 can use 89 or 88 cluster
1990 can use 90 or 91 cluster
1991 can use 91 or 90 cluster
JDM clusters require a VSS and some depinning
UKDM clusters are cable driven and are for the most part plug and pray

Plug and PRAY is probably correct. There are two different cluster manufacturers, Nippon Seiko and Nippon Denso and the wiring is not the same. Some clusters have 3 plugs to the wiring harness and others have 2. I had a hard time getting a replacement cluster for my 89 Si, much less trying to find a cluster with tach for one that didn't come with one. Try to find one from the same manufacturer and same year if possible, if not, get the harness plugs with the replacement cluster and compare the wire colors to your plugs. Repin to match. hope this helps, I went through 4 clusters to figure this out.

You're absolutely correct,sir...some dont have the small blue plug while others do,good info. The JDM cluster is cool but useless (Officer:"Know how fast you were going, son"?Driver:"Uh,around 140 ,sir,in kilometers per hour").The EDM cluster is badass if you can find one for under $300 that hasnt been molested too bad. Then theres the size difference and cluster hood difference,88/89 is the small square cluster and 90/91 is larger and more rounded.I been looking for a 88/89 EDM cluster for months now without great success
