sick and tired
so the day i get my car back from getting the transmission rebuilt, i drive it around everything is good, and then when i get in it to go home tonight, it doesn't start. The thing that has me confused is that when my friend came to give me a jump, it still didn't wanna start. It wants to start because its making that clicking sound, but it just doesn't have the power to, so it leads me to believe that maybe its the alternator? or just a really drained battery and maybe i need a new one? I have a system (1 12 inch sub) and have had the battery for about 4 years now. Anyone have any ideas?
Clicking when starting the car is prob. the starter. Give it a little tap with a hammer and try starting it. Most of the time, it might work.
BTW inspect the starter connections. Nice and tight?

so i went in and replaced the battery this morning, and that was the problem......for a little bit I thought it was the starter because i heard the clicking noise, but i decided to try a new battery and see if it works, and sure enough it did.
