SS Brake lines swap

Default SS Brake lines swap

i am thinking of replacing 15 years old oem brake line on my eg hatch with ss brake line..and i am thinking of draining the brake fluid too..so anything i need to be aware of? advises? thanks

Its a dirty job, first of all. Also remember that if you don't remove the brake fluid that spills on paint you can kiss that paint good-bye. If you decide to use SS lines they are not always sized correctly, use zip-ties to hold them away from your axles while keeping enough slack for a turning front wheel.

Completely flush your system, swap to the 15/16th master cylinder from a 91 ex would also be beneficial.

I have had great luck with ATE Super Blue for my fluid.
