I have a 2000 Civic SI, my buddies were working on the car. They were messing around in the ECU area. After they were done the parking and instrument ligts doesn't light up anymore. They were working before the car was worked on. My headlights, brake light and turn signal still works. I have checked all my fuses and they are all good.

Please help I need to get the car back on the road. I am not able to drive it at night.
