Default s&w 10 point roll cage?

Do I need to remove all the glass in the car before getting cage welded in or can it be done with glass?
is there anything I need to do to get it welded with glass

I did my Art Morrison with glass. Cover up the glass with something non-flammable or you'll get pits in the glass though... like I did Live and learn.
