i have just recently swapped in a b18b in my 94 civic obd 1. I do not have a CEL on. I am running a p75 with a 94 civic ex harness. My car is redlining only to 6,000. isnt it supposed to be redlining at 7,000 someone help

most ls should cut out roughly 7400 rpms but to me it sounds maybe a problem with the distributor
