Default Ls in EG (prolbems)

hi i have a 92 civic eg with a 93 ls head and a 95 ls block in my car. I've had this swap a while know and in the being the car was really fast but now it feels really slow like it lost half of it power somewere. i also have a somewhat fast leak somewere, i've been driven the car 3 weeks but its feel slow from when i first put the motor in and my redline is at 6800 because i was told that i have a 93 ls ecu instead of a 95 ls ecu. if there anyone who can give some ideas on how to check the loss of power please help thanks .........

Getting used to cars is a normal thing, although kind of a bummer. 6800rpm redline sounds right for a B18B though. If you think you're seriously having a problem, monitor your oil consumption and do a compression and/or leakdown test. If that still doesn't turn anything up, take it to a dyno.

Whoever told you about that ECU is correct. I have the same Ecu that you do and my redline is 6,800. If you get a 94-95 ecu im pretty sure the redline will be around 7000-7200.

I think you have redline and fuel cutoff mixed up. I know for a fact that 94-01 ls has a redline of 6800rpms and fuel cutoff is at 7200 rpms.

Is fuel cut at 6800rpm? Because if it's not, the engine can go a little higher if the later models have a 7000-7200rpm redline.
