You should be able to run the car with your ex engine harness. Take out your sohc. assemble the B18A and the GSR tranny. Will need hydro clutch and flywheel. Then throw that bitch in there. Will need a B series throttle cable too.

EDIT: axles , B series shift linkage

i was told i can use the integra axles? and also..the new hydro tranny comes with shift linkage...but are the shift linkages even different between cable and hydro transmissions?

Well since you got the axles and shift linkage thats good. how about ECU? and no the cable clutch n flywheel will not work in the hydro. Two different types of systems.

the flywheel and pressure plate are fine. you will need a clutch disk for a hydro tranny.

What doood said sounds right. But it wouldnt hurt to install a new flywheel with that hydro clutch disc.
Well as for wiring. Since both engines are obdI most plugs should hookup. You wont need the vtec plugs though, so just leave those unplugged when wiring the engine.

Im not sure if they have a obd1- obd0 conversion harness but you can search around. Or either your gonna have to use obd0 everything. I dont know either.
