Take a dremel and cut a flathead type groove in it.

Let it soak in pb blaster for 20 minutes.

Impact driver with flathead fitting.

Purchase new bolt.

Impact driver with the right tip will usually get them out even the stripped ones just try to do it as a one shot deal and not keep hitting it over and over again.

The guy who sold me my car, a complete jackass drilled the screws out on my rotors. So I don't have any screws holding mine at all. I believe the clamping force of the lugnuts holds the rotor in place, the screws are just there to hold **** together when the wheel is off.

FIrst try PB blaster and an impact.
Last resort drill them.

I beleieve the screws are only in there to hold the rotar on for the employees in the assmebely line.

hit the base of the disk with a hammer cereral times so the vibrations of the disk will slightly loosen the screws. the use a good screw driver maybe with a fat head. it should be fairly simple.
