Default ORDERED F+F FROM JHPUSA STILL DIDNT RECIEVE

Well here it goes,I ordered some Function Form Type 2's around Febuary/March.I live in Hawaii, so I expect a wait, well not to long because JHP is only in CA. Anyways long story short its already September and still NOTHING <U></U> . .I posted about this not to long ago and I got a response from one of JHP reps his HT name was GUMP, he sent me the tracking #. So I thought oh ok maybe ill just wait it out then. well I waited 2 more months and still nothing. well here I am 6 months later and $900 out still waiting for my suspension. Well if any JHP rep is on or reading this can u please send me a PM with some info, if you need me to verify the tracking number, order #,my cousins name and address I would be happy to. Almost everytime my cousin has called recently you would either tell him to "call back" or "we'll call u back",or he just keeps getting transfered from person to person. This is the only way i can think of, to get your attention or atleast A decent response.

sorry if i posted in the wrong section but i dont know anywhere else to post this.

I would cancel my order and get my $ back and take my business else where. Check out http://www.f2autolife.com they are the direct source for function form. Also $900 is steep is that with shipping I was at the FF shop the other day and I think it was $794 or so. Call Andrew Origel or email him at andrew.origel@gmail.com or call him at (626) 407-0015.

ya that was with shipping, well to be exact is was $892. Well its either im going to recieve my refund from JHPUSA or im going to get the coilovers. But as of right now I just want my money back, I know the shipping fee's cant be reimbursed, I just want what I paid for. If i do get my money back i sure as hell am going to the source direct, and thx you for your input

damn sorry to hear about your problem with them. I've delt with jhp before and nothing but good service. Always picked up my items though.

Get your money back and go else where. I mean 6 months is a long *** time. If i was jhp i would at least give you little $$ for the time they wasted.

Must be good to live in So Cal, huh? I miss it there. Gotta visit my family soon.

JHP tends to overcharge for shipping (eBay auctions) to HI. I mean, priority mail cost the same from West Coast to Hawaii as it is with West Coast to East Coast.

I've been on there website before and some of there parts are overpriced. Then again some of jhp's parts are pretty cheap when compared to other places.

No offense to inlinefour but i think they are second in overpricing parts. First would be passwordjdm haha.

Everywhere is overpriced including JDMland.com

I bought the new FA window visors from a member on these boards (the Honda dealership he worked at brought them in), and it was $30 cheaper ($130 shipped compared to $160 not including shipping).

i was searching for jdm ek window visors and found them for $98 picked up brand new too haha. Jdmland, password, blah, blah, blah will charge $150+ for these things haha. Some parts, esp. jdm items are just not worth the money.

Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 23, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

Information on this item has been restored from offline files and will be available online for 30 days from 09/13/2007.

well for a while it as telling me this then all of a sudden it said "files is stored in offline files" i called USPS couple of days ago and this message above me showed, i guess it was restored and look at the date they shipped it

Everything has been cleared between our customer and us. To make a long story short, USPS lost his package and it basically took this long to have our claim approved.

Moral of story, never ship anything expensive with USPS, all they're good for is mailing out bills...

USPS - Horrible Quality; my cousin works in a southern cali USPS, and he says that packages are THROWN like beanbags. I wouldn't say that all USPS stations are bad, but their logistics are horrible...

Ship with UPS, FedEx, or DHL and have peace of mind, but **** can still happen; at least, you get better service and followup with customer service.
