$3200 CAN = $3100 US

It would be worth it IMO if the body and interior are really clean. The ad says it has rust, so I'd try to talk the seller down due to that.

 

The only other thing that looks sketch in that picture is that hes got really recent licence plates... I just got new plates a couple months ago and it they also started BB**, so it makes me think theres problems with that car and hes trying to unload it.... When looking at old cars i always try and look for ones that have old plates... in my mind it means theyre less likely to be offloading a car they just bought thats full of problems, and more likely getting rid of a reliable daily driver. Especially if the cars recently swapped.

Go look at the car, drive it, see how it feels, see if the rust is fixable (I can see some rust in the corner of the driver side door, but not much else). Personally at most i would pay 2500 for that car though.
