If so, do you put it on as is, or use sealer around the holes? And I know the block off for the coolant is made for racing only, but what exactly does that coolant go to? Would it be feasable to leave it blocked on a street car?

i've got the same questions!

 

I just slapped mine on there and torqued it down. Works great, and it blocks off the egr valve.
