Default Prepare motor now - install turbo later?

Hi all,

I bought a used VTI Sedan with a B16A2 with a blown head gasked and drinking to much oil to install it in my EJ2. As I have to work the motor over anyway I'm planing to prepare it for a turbo setup. Unfortunatelly I don't have the money to buy all the stuff at once therefore I want to prepare the motor with stronger internals at first and then buy the turbo kit later.

I'm wondering - as most turbo internals decrease the motor's compression ratio - weahter the car can be driven with turbo internals but a missing turbo kit. I don't want the motor to run like crap as it needs the forced induction. Are there aftermarket parts that I can use for a turbo- and a non-turbo-setup? How do I decrease the compression for the turbo then? Stronger head gasket? Any suggestions so far? What would you do in this case?

I dont want to replace anything a second time when installing the turbo after I have already worked everything over.

So please help me. :-)

Thanks
Daniel

build the motor for turbo now. its not going to make that big of a difference in lower compression

What would be the best parts for this? Any suggestions? I need parts that I can use with both turbo and non-turbo.
