Im sure there is...There is a lot of people that have done the K swap and don't have P/S or A/c so there has to be a way. Maybe one of them will chime in on it..

There is a way but I never got around to doing it.
I took off my PS belt a long time ago on my d17 and just got used to the stiff turning.
If you look around maybe in the 92-00 civic forums there's probably a how to...real time racing did it for their road race cars.

Hrm. I can probably make the kit for it if it's anything similar to the PS rack on an integra or eg.
