I have a seized cable in a prelude. Will a set of accord cables be a direct swap. I read somewhere that you shouldnt mix the cables and boxes. By the i mean keep a prelude box with prelude cables and accord boxes with accord cables

 

Mixing won't hurt as long as they reach comfortably.

the cables themselves don't dictate how far the shifter moves the **** forks, the shifter does.
