Default weird noise coming from driver side front..

well i have a 91 crx si w/b16 and i only hear the noise when there is weight being pressed on the driver front during a right hand turn more than 20 degrees and going faster than 20mph...it dose NOT make it when i turn right only when there is weight being pressed against it.....

it almost sound like the tie rod is pressing against the brake sheild making a grinding/ticking noise...

im pretty sure its not the axle b/c it only dose it when the body rolls to the driver side......
anybody ever have this problem?

Excuse my ignorance, but how would changing the tranny mount solve the problem? (honest question)

Also, when doing the swap did you pound that side of the engine bay to give clearance for the alternator? Or was it swapped before you got the car or someone else did the work?

b/c the bushing in the tranny mount is shot, meaning the motor rocks back and forth....i just didn't out 2 and 2 together when the noise started....a new bushing will sovle this problem...i have had the car for over 3 years so this was a new sound to me......oh and i bought the car w/ the swap but the guy was my neighbor and i helped him put the motor in, so i new where the car came from and what type of driver he was...

Makes sense, might as well replace them all. Post up if it does infact solve the problem. Good luck!
