leaving work today, I decided to get on it in 2nd... running good, and as soon as it hit 6,200 rpms I lost all power, it felt like i hit a brick wall..

The car was warmed up, so cold motor isn't the problem...

I let off as soon as this happened.. It has happend a few times before..What should I look out for?

 

any help?

 

check all your grounds?
any blown fuses?

that blows.

 

I may be wrong but if your ecu is virgin I believe it is called Fuel Cutoff or maybe its your rev limiter
