In a GSR tranny, at 80 you should be at about 4k...

Now that I look at my recet from where I bought the engine it says Transmission: Y80 103XXXX.

 

Thats a JDM B18C w/ LSD like you 1st said...

Atleast, only one I remember it being...

 

Is that different from the USMD GSR tranny? I tried reading up on this here at http://www.jdmcars.com/tech/ad...y.pdf Maybe I have an LS Y80.

 

About it being an LS tranny, Idk, but it's also a USDM GSR tranny...

none of this matters because you haven't stated your tire size.

 

205/50/15 JDM LS's came with LSD?

hey fast question because im unsure about my tranny to
what gear should i be in doing 80 and at 4k? 5th right?

5th gear 4krpms = 80-85 for me in my tegg

ls motor, gsr trans, 195/50/15tires

 

5th gear im at 3750rpms at 80mph.

b18c motor with ys1 LS tranny, 205/50/15
