eg brake question
i took off my brakes to replace it and and once the calipers were off my friend pushed the brakes so the piston in the caliper is sticking out so it wont fit over the rotors and new brake pads so if any1 knows how to push that thing in please give me some help i messed with it for like an hour today and cant get it
I just use something flat (so you are not pushing directly on the piston) and a vise and tighten the vise until the piston is depressed as far as it will go.

C-clamps work great but one time I forgot to use it before I pulled the old pads. I was able to just use my fingerstrength to push it back in while flipped open, it is just fluid and should go back in easily.

FYI, Channel lock pliers have always made short work of this for me. (I had them lying around, but no C clamp..) Might want to put something between the teeth and the piston so you don't mar it though.
